AllAI + MLG CLE: The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Practice of Law

The first session of the AI and the Law CLE Series. While there is a proliferation of AI tools in the legal space, there are no state or federal licensing schemes for the technology. In this session we will:

  • Provide tips for determining if AI is the proper tool for the intended purpose

  • Discuss the risks of using AI for legal research, drafting, and litigation assistance

  • Discuss the liability lawyers face when AI tools go rogue

We will also provide questions to ask and ways to be involved in the conversation on the role of AI in the legal profession.
